Membership
Members of the Beagle Club are required to uphold the objectives of the Club as laid out in the Constitution and represent the Club as ethical members of the dog fraternity. Membership and its privileges are open to the public; membership application is in the newsletter or downloadable from this site.( below) . All members are actively encourages to participate in the function and running of the Club, whether as part of the decision making process necessary in the Club's every day activity or as part of the specialist functions that the Club's various sub-Committees govern.
Any person interested in joining the Beagle Club of Victoria is cordially invited to attend a Club meeting as a guest. Members are more than happy to meet others interested in our breed and to help with any questions you may have. In the first instance, it is suggested that you might contact one of the Club officials.

The Beagle Club hold fun days, hunts, picnics and rallies, and these are great days to meet and talk with fellow Beagle owners and generally have a great time.
In its attempts to further improve the standard and breeding of Beagles, the Club contracts the services of judges of either International or Australian standing and reputation for its Championship show event. Indeed, the Beagle Club of Victoria's Championship show is one of the highlights of the Australian Beagle fraternity; invariably, exhibitors from all parts of Australia, attend this premier event.
Litter Information
As a service to both its members and to the public in general, the Club maintains details of members who have puppies and older dogs for sale, you must be a member of the Club for over 6 months before you can sell a litter of puppies, if you are looking for a puppy check out "acquiring a beagle".
Beagle Newsletter
Club members receive the Bi-monthly publication which contains details of all Club business, as well as articles on our breed and canine affairs in general of interest to Beagle owners. This is available via email which is a colour document or posted as a black and white booklet.
The magazine also provides for advertising by members as well as yearly advertising for breeders, stud dogs and litters and provides an excellent medium for reaching the majority of concerned Beagle owners of Victoria.
